What You Need for this Position

3+ years of supply chain experience in manufacturing/production preferred
High school diploma or GED required (bachelors preferred)
Experience with Job Boss ERP or similar
Ability to work with a team, offer and accept constructive criticism
Eager to learn, grow and mentor others

What You Will Be Doing

Support MRP/ERP System Maintenance for the Company
Raw material coordination and planning
Rough-cut capacity planning
Production control of shipping/receiving (import/export)
Collect data on Supply Chain Operations
Responsible to do the Master Scheduling for the facility
Support Production control daily
Develops appropriate reports and analyze data to identify continuous improvement opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
Measure supply chain performance and share it with management
Work with logistic and IT to enhance service delivery
Engage in projects that supports the enhancement of supply chain operations
Responsible for all aspects of customer service, including providing timely quotations that meet profitability goals, ensuring on time delivery through the development and management of controlled processes, and ensuring timely follow-up on any returned items
Understand markets and competition, collecting and analyzing price comparisons, and analyzing sales trends.
Helps develop sales forecasts.
Determines daily status of customer orders, including entering, tracking, and expediting orders, and coordinating with Master Production Scheduler and operations supervisors.
Manages warehousing and transportation functions
Attend supplier meetings, entering and analyzing inventory control data and trends, obtaining and testing samples and products, and qualifying suppliers.
Helps improve profitability by re-negotiating terms with suppliers (including service, price, product quality, exclusivity, packaging, lead times, and returns), developing new sources in coordination with Quality Assurance.
Assists Quality Assurance and Operations in the product development process.
Helps determine what processes should be outsourced and then identifies, qualifies and manages outsourced process suppliers.
Assign RMA numbers to returned goods, track receipts of returned merchandise, determine rework, replace.
