What You Will Be Doing
The Project Manager will be responsible for all client coordination and work with the Design team execute all detail oriented expectations. This position will oversee all construction related needs of a given project, coordinating with multiple teams, and prepare contacts from start to finish. Project Managers help lead the way in providing a good experience for everyone involved.
What You Need for this Position
Minimum 5 years of experience:
– Project Manager
– Strong understanding of AutoCAD Civil 3D
– Residential Construction
-Strong understanding of building systems
-Effective verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
-Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors
-PE License
