We are a large automotive manufacturing company with operations across the globe. We specialize in everything automotive – power & vision systems, seating systems, body exteriors, and even complete vehicles.
What You Will Be Doing
– Be the decision maker for all quality-related issues within your scope of responsibility, including leading program launches
– Champion continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
– Implement new processes/ procedures when in the prototyping phases of product launches that meet customers’ needs
– Help in the development and maintenance of PFMEAs
What You Need for this Position
– CAD proficiency is mandatory
– TS-16949 procedures, APQP, PPAP submissions, GD&T, Flow Diagrams, FMEAs, Control Plans, Statistics, Fixture Development
– ISO9001:2015 / IATF16949: 2016
– Proficiency of CMM and scan reporting structures & analysis
