Business Analyst – Job Details:

You will contribute to the effectiveness of global operations teams by ensuring that requirements for strategic projects and programs are met and solutions are delivered to meet the needs of our internal and external customers.
- Responsibilities include driving requirements gathering for projects to support product or regulatory needs and consistently meeting project deadlines while completing thorough documentation and information sharing throughout.
- Translating high-level complex business requirements into technical requirements, workplans, and product briefs.
- Act as a liaison between Pricing Product and Technology and their business stakeholders.
- Identifying and recommending improvements to management.
- Recommend key metrics for tracking performance and develop and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and scorecards to track metrics from multiple data sources focused on customer support of banking products.
Role Requirements
- We need you to have demonstrable experience as a business analyst with a track record of delivering well-documented data requirements for at least 3 years. Bachelor’s degree in a related field will be preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, and decision-making skills, together with the ability to interact and communicate effectively.
- Fintech experience a plus.
- Experience in creating complex data and analysis solutions is preferred.
- Project management experience/knowledge with the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
- Ability to work individually, or collaborate with others in a global, fast-paced environment, dealing with ambiguity, making quick decisions, and managing tight timelines.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Knowledge of MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, SQL, Business Objects, Visual Basic, and Visio Drawing tool along with general familiarity with visual analytic software such as Tableau.

Salary
The on-target earnings range is $70,956.00- $117,288.00 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
